REVEALED PROJECT
I worked as lead copy editor and a contributing writer to North Way’s first ever book publication: Revealed: The Unfolding Story of God’s Redemption in Christ. Published in two volumes, this project involved collaborating alongside a team of writers and graphic designers to create this visually stunning and content-heavy study for our church congregation of over 5,000.
My primary role as copy editor was to compile 10 weeks of content from multiple contributing writers and create one consistent voice through my editing. I carefully edited and proofread all content for grammar, spelling, diction, theological principles, and overall tone. My eye was also towards visual branding consistency including use of icons, font, color scheme, and overall flow to create a cohesive reading experience. In addition, I authored multiple days of content for the book. This process involved heavy research, drafting, and editing over multiple months.
