During my internship with Modern Luxury in Atlanta, I was published in all five of their Atlanta-based magazines. I researched, interviewed, and fact-checked the written information for these various stories. Modern Luxury’s audience serves a combined 16 million through its print and digital platforms.
From an interview with an emerging designer to a story on a trending medical procedure and a local rooftop soiree, I gained experience in covering a variety of local events and luxury topics. By writing stories for all of Modern Luxury’s Atlanta-based publications (The Atlantan, JEZEBEL, Weddings Atlanta, Interiors Atlanta, and Modern Luxury Medicine + Doctors), I learned the skill of adaptability. As a result, I can take on new writing tasks in unfamiliar territories and produce stories that are factual, clean from error, and engaging for audiences.
